The Pre-Loved Program

Today is international Earth Day! A day to talk about clean energy, saving natural resources and recycling. We thought this would be the perfect occasion to bring our ‘Pre-Loved Program’ initiative to your attention.

 

With a little love and care..

One of the most responsible things we can do as a fashion brand is to make high-quality products that can be worn and used for years. That is why we try to help our customers take good care of their purchase. With a little love and care your bag will last for years. We celebrate used products and encourage our customers to repair them whenever possible. Our Repair and Care page shows you how to care for your items and how to repair small defects yourself. If the problem is beyond your own repair skills, give the bag to us and we will repair the bag for free or for a small fee (depends on the time of purchase). Our Pre-Loved Program takes this idea another step further…

Bring it back

If you have an old O My Bag in your closet that you no longer use we think it deserves a second life! Instead of getting rid of it, we want you to bring it back to us in exchange for a 20% discount or exchange for another vintage item. This way we keep the circle economy in motion and avoid adding to landfills. We will find your bag a new owner during our sample sale or use it in an exchange with another vintage O My Bag. We also donate some of our handed in bags to Lena Library in the Netherlands, an initiative that encourages borrowing fashion items.

The Steps

1. Find your old O My Bag

2. Bring it to one of our stores or send it directly to our HQ. Make sure you always leave your email address and a small note in the package, otherwise we don’t know who to thank and who to send a discount code.

3. In return, you’ll receive 20% discount on new items or you can trade for a similar vintage model at the store.

4. We’ll give your bag a second life!
