Prachtige tas maar niet helemaal zoals verwacht

De eerste die ik binnenkreeg was beschadigd en er werd heel netjes een nieuwe geregeld, top klantenservice! De nieuwe is perfect qua uiterlijk alleen zit de drukker een beetje scheef waardoor ik steeds aan de tas moet trekken, en schiet regelmatig het hengsel uit het niets los aan een kant, omdat de klikring blijkbaar openschiet. Baal er wel een beetje van maar vond het ook zowat om 2x te mailen 🙈 maar hij is wel echt heel mooi, tof model en mooi leer! En er past best veel in!

Hi Laura, wat vervelend dat de tweede tas die je hebt ontvangen ook een issue heeft! Dit is niet de bedoeling en we gaan het gelijk voor je oplossen. Ik heb je zojuist een mail gestuurd hierover.

Well worth decision
