Inside Our Circular Studio

A look back at a week of transparency, craft, and inspiring conversations during Fashion Revolution Week

by Sophie van Son on May 01, 2026

During Fashion Revolution Week, we opened the doors of our Amsterdam headquarters – and invited people in. Not just to visit, but to see, ask questions, and take part.

Circular Studio became a space for conversation, creation, and looking a little closer at how things are done. From a panel discussion to hands-on workshops, the week was about bringing circularity out of theory and into practice.

Opening Up the Conversation

We kicked things off with our panel talk: People Power Transparency: Who Really Drives Change in Fashion?

Hosted at our HQ, the evening brought together Sara Dubbeldam, Sara from Renoon, and our CEO Paulien Wesselink. Different perspectives, one shared question: how do we move the industry forward?

The conversation was open, honest, and at times challenging – in the best way. It touched on accountability, innovation, and the role each of us plays. Because real change doesn’t sit with one brand or one person. It’s collective – we each have to play an active role for real change to happen.

Circularity, In Practice

A few days later, we shifted from talking to doing.

At The Bag Charm Workshop, guests stepped into our Circular Studio and got hands-on with the materials that define O My Bag. Using leather off-cuts, they created their own bag charms – small pieces, with a bigger story behind them.

But it didn’t stop there. At the Care Bar, bags were cleaned, restored, and refreshed. At the Second Chances pop-up, Pre-Loved and Perfectly Imperfect pieces found new owners. It was a reminder that extending a product’s life can be simple – and satisfying.

The 2025 Impact Report

Alongside the events, we launched our 2025 Impact Report.

It’s a transparent look at where we are today – what’s working, what’s challenging, and where we’re still learning. From materials to supply chain, it’s part of our commitment to share not just what we do, but how we do it – read the full report to see it all.

Looking Ahead

Circular Studio wasn’t just a one-off moment. It felt like a natural extension of what we believe in – opening up, sharing more, and inviting others into the process.

To everyone who joined us, asked questions, made something, or simply stopped by – thank you. We loved bringing our community together – having open conversations about the state of fashion and our role in it, while also making space to connect, create, and enjoy it all along the way. It definitely won’t be the last, so if you’d like to join us next time, subscribe to our newsletter or follow along to stay up to date.
