Club OMB is our free loyalty program that’s all about rewarding your love for O My Bag. The more you shop, the more perks and benefits you score—directly with us. Easy peasy!

Joining is a breeze, and there are a few different ways you can join the club. You can enter your email in one of the sign up forms on the website, or click “Join Club OMB’ in the checkout page on your website. You can also visit one of our Amsterdam stores and sign up with one of our friendly store team members.

The more you engage, the more you earn! Earn points with every purchase and by interacting with us in all kinds of fun ways. Check the full list of benefits above and see what rewards are waiting for you.

It’s super simple: for every euro you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Redeem those points as discounts on future orders or donate them to one of our charities.

Most of them do! All purchases on the O My Bag website and in our brand stores will count. Just make sure you opt in to the loyalty program, or tell the sales associate your loyalty details. Some exclusions apply, but we’ll let you know if a purchase doesn’t qualify.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account, fair and square.

If we have your birthday on file, expect a little surprise in your birthday month. You’ll get notified via email, so be sure to check our marketing emails!

Yes, they do. Points will expire 24 months after they’re added, so use them to treat yourself or donate them to one of our charities before they’re gone.

Share the love! Send your unique link to friends and family, and they’ll get a discount on their first purchase. You’ll receive points when they make a qualifying purchase. Easy, thoughtful, and rewarding.

You can use your points on any full priced order over €50 from our online store or either of our two Amsterdam stores. You can redeem a maximum of €50 per order.

The more you spend and engage, the better your benefits! If you spend more than €500 within a 1 year rolling period, you will be upgraded to Silver status and will receive a bonus of 100 points to celebrate. If you spend more than €750 in a 1 year rolling period, you will be upgraded to Gold, and will also receive a bonus of 150 points to celebrate! Your tier will expire if the spend minimum is not reached within 1 year.

Only purchases made once you opt in to the Club count towards your Club OMB points balance and VIP tiers. Make sure you join the club before checking out!
