Beautiful bag and truly excellent customer service

I originally had an issue with my Jackie Cognac bag after it was unexpectedly damaged by light rain — the leather developed visible stains, and I was disappointed that there was no clear guidance about treating it with protective spray beforehand.

However, after contacting customer support, I was really impressed with how Essi and the team handled everything. They first offered to repair the bag, and when that wasn’t possible, they quickly sent me a brand new one in perfect condition. The whole process was smooth, kind, and professional.
