Our purpose is to build a fairer and more responsible fashion industry by investing in fair livelihoods and good working conditions, designing timeless products, and empowering people to buy better, care for, repair, and pass on the things they love, proving that style and responsibility can go hand in hand.
Our 2030 Vision is our roadmap towards 2030, guiding the areas where we want to drive meaningful progress. It is built around three pillars: People First, Materials Matter, and Radically Open.

PEOPLE FIRST
- The average percentage of female employees in our four main factories is 19,2 while the industry average is 7
- 50% of our producers have female account managers
- We have organized women empowerment and financial household management training courses for female employees of our partner factories
- In 2025, we supported 5 Brickfield Schools, providing education and health checks for 271 children and their families
- We paid our annual Living Wage Premium to 449 workers in our factories in 2025
- 27.866 lives have been positively impacted since O My Bag started
- 1004 fair jobs provided by O My Bag partner factories in Kolkata, including job related skills training courses, such as sample making and quality checking
- We started a traineeship for women at one of our partner factories to improve organizational structures, empower women, and educate both male employees and management about gender disparities
SUSTAINABLE
- Our stores and office run on renewable electricity
- We have added MIRUM to our collection: world’s first 100% plant-based, plastic-free leather alternative
- We compensate for all our emissions by both reducing them within our own supply chain (insetting) and supporting projects outside of it (offsetting). In 2025, we have invested in biofuel for sea transport and we have supported a community-driven project in India that reduces emissions with clean cookstoves while empowering women and strengthening local livelihoods.
