This year, 3% of our Better Friday revenue will support the Empowering Cycles Program in collaboration with our long-term partner Kolkata Mary Ward Social Center (KMWSC).This initiative will provide a year’s supply of menstrual hygiene products for women working in our partner factories. But we’re not stopping there. By partnering with KMWSC to produce these sanitary products locally, we’re also generating employment opportunities and fostering sustainable impact within the community. To take it a step further, we’re introducing educational programs for both men and women in our factories to build awareness about menstrual health and its impact on women’s everyday lives.
