Great bag but no automated x-boarder tax deduction

This is a great bag. … feels good, looks good. But I was hoping for an automated tax reduction for a shipment outside the EU.

I absolutely love my Gina Bag but for me, i think the strap is too short to wear it cross-body. Can you not come up with some kind of extention ? Maybe even in a completely different colour ? i would buy it if not too expensive. Feel free to contact me...
