A Q&A with the O My Bag Moms about their favourite bags, favourite parenting tips and favourite things to do with their kids.
Who doesn’t love the sound of a good ol’ revolution? We certainly do when it comes to fashion! The Fashion Revolution is not just a movement but also a call to action for consumers, retailers, and all fashion companies. It's about making positive changes in the fashion industry and raising awareness of the importance of an ethical and transparent supply chain. This year's theme, Manifesto for a Fashion Revolution, reaffirms the vision for an eco-conscious, people-first global fashion industry.

OMB celebrates International Women’s Day by advocating for greater transparency and accountability in the fashion industry. As a first step, we’re committed to empowering women at every stage in our own supply chain. And this time around, we’d like to share with you how our Woven Leather is impacting women in India.

Looking Back It’s strange to look back on January 2022, when the majority of the world had brought back COVID-19 restrictions and our team was still working from home, holding out hope that the pandemic would soon be behind us. One year on and we couldn’t be more proud of our achievements and our team that made them happen. The O My Bag Team The Team One of the most exciting parts of 2022 was the new faces who joined O My Bag. Growing from 17 to 25 people marked a big milestone in our journey, and it was a...

Since 2021, we have sourced the recycled and organic cotton fabric for our signature striped lining from Dibella India. Since this lining is inside every O My Bag, we can safely say that cotton is our second most important material. Together with Dibella’s staff we visited all production steps of our cotton in the South of India, following the whole way from field to fabric.
It's that beautiful time of the year when we celebrate Pride, the LGBTQIA+ community, and ourselves. But sometimes, amongst confetti and rainbow flags, we forget what’s really important about this month. Learn through this blog how we, at O My Bag, celebrate Pride by giving to the Indian LGBTQ+ community.
Every year we publish a sustainability report based on the year prior. This year we chose to release our Sustainability Report during Fashion Revolution Week, as this is a time to highlight the challenges in the sustainable fashion industry. We are proud to share our wins and hurdles to everyone interested in our journey.
Every year, we offset 100% of our emissions. But as the climate crisis continues to grow upon us, offsetting alone is not enough anymore. Like every other company, we need to focus on decreasing our footprint internally. This is why we believe carbon insetting is the way forward.

In October 2021, we launched our very first AppleSkin™ collection. Innovating with sustainable materials for new collections is something we love to do. Although we already knew AppleSkin™  was a perfect match with our sustainability values, due to COVID we had not visited our producing facility in Italy. Luckily, last month our Production Manager Jessica and Store Manager Giulia visited Mabel factory and we were able to see the production with our own eyes.

"New Year, New You" - is often used to jumpstart motivational as we head into a new year and a fresh start, however we will be the first to admit we've set some pretty unrealistic goals our time. To encourage a more healthy way of thinking, we interviewed Yogi and self-love advocate Roos Kocken and discussed how to fall in love with yourself and your body.

O My Boss Paulien Wesselink reflects on the big wins from past year including celebrating O My Bags 10th anniversary to becoming a B corp, and much more!

In the summer of 2019 we started our application to become B Corp Certified. Becoming a B Corp is not easy, the application process involves many steps and a thorough company assessment. It has been a long journey, but we can proudly say we made it to the finish line! Joining the big leagues of sustainable fashion, we are excited to continue on our mission; changing the world, one bag at a time.
Hooray! Here's our 2020 Sustainability Report. It aims at providing more detailed insights into our impact as a company and reflects on our business practices, as well as our social and sustainable achievements.
To celebrate our 10 year anniversary we reached out to get to know some of our international fans, meet Courtney from Brooklyn, New York and Kyoko from Toyko, Japan. Find out why they choose O My Bag and more...
We sat down with our Production Manager Jessica, and asked all your burning questions relating to our production process, from how COVID has impacted the process to her personal relationship with our suppliers in India.

Here we are, eleven collections later, and many more to come, but you never forget your first time. We look over O My Bag's 'firsts' over the past 10 years. From Paulien’s very first trip to India, to opening our first store and now, celebrating our 10 year anniversary.

At O My Bag we're continuously innovating on our material use. To accommodate our customers who avoid animal products, we've been on the lookout for a durable, low-impact leather alternative for years and we finally found it in our so-called Apple Leather! This is a vegan leather alternative made from residual apple waste.

So, here we are, 10 years later, doing what we love: changing the world, one bag at a time. But we couldn’t have done it on our own, so we wanted to celebrate those who are part of the O My Bag Story. Read Paulien’s Letter to see where it all started!

We've collaborated with Yoga Instructor Josje Hermans from Sync Yoga Amsterdam to bring you a live yoga class on our Instagram this Friday (4th June). So we sat down (virtually) and asked her for her top tips for staying zen while working from home and how to get through these final weeks of lockdown.

In light of Mother's Day, we wanted to highlight some Boss Mom's, and spread some mom love on our platform. Get to know these inspiring women as they share their experience on finding the perfect work-life balance.
