It’s super simple: for every euro you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Redeem those points as discounts on future orders or donate them to one of our charities.

Most of them do! All purchases on the O My Bag website and in our brand stores will count. Just make sure you’re logged in or tell the sales associate your loyalty details. Some exclusions apply, but we’ll let you know if a purchase doesn’t qualify.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account, fair and square.

If we have your birthday on file, expect a little surprise in your birthday month. You’ll get notified via email, so be sure to check our marketing emails!

Yes, they do. Points will expire 24 months after they’re added, so use them to treat yourself or donate them to one of our charities before they’re gone.
