Bonnen in goede orde ontvangen. Echter teleurstellend dat ze niet in een cadeau verpakking verstuurd waren (zoals op de afbeelding op de site).

Wat jammer om te horen dat de gift card niet in cadeauverpakking is aangekomen — dat is zeker niet de ervaring die we voor ogen hebben.

We voegen normaal gesproken een mooie persoonlijke touch toe en versturen onze gift cards daarom direct vanuit de winkel. Het spijt ons dat dit in jouw geval niet goed is gegaan.

Hopelijk heb je ondanks dit iemand heel blij kunnen maken met de bon. Bedankt voor je feedback — we nemen het zeker mee!
